Accessing Webcore

Overview

This article provides instructions for logging into the Webcore portal. Webcore user accounts are synced directly with your standard Encore credentials, allowing you to access the web platform using your existing credentials.

Login Instructions

Follow these steps to log into your Webcore account:

1.Navigate to the Webcore Login Page:

Open your web browser and go to the official Webcore portal login page.

2.Enter Your Username:

Type your standard Encore username into the username field.

Note: Do not append any domain suffixes (such as @core.asp) to your username.

Example Format: FCISshulman

3.Enter Your Password:

Enter the same password you currently use to log into the Encore desktop software.

4.Click Sign In:

Click the login/sign-in button to access the dashboard.

Troubleshooting

If you receive an "Invalid Credentials" error or are unable to log in, try the following steps:

1. Reset Your Password

If your standard Encore password is not being accepted, the account sync may require a manual refresh:

Click the Forgot password? link on the Webcore login page.
Follow the on-screen prompts to reset your password.
Note: Resetting your password here will update your credentials for the web portal.

2. Contact IT Support

If you still cannot log in after attempting a password reset, please email the IT Department at support@freeholdcartage.com.

Important: Please include the word "Encore" in the subject line of your email.

If necessary, we can escalate a ticket directly to Routeware Support to clear any synchronization locks on your profile.
