Help CenterThe FCI IT department currently offers four different audio devices (headphones, earbuds) for use with our PC's and laptops. If you would like to use this with your desk phone, I strongly recommend the MiTel app on your desktop. These devices work well with the phone system when used this way.
A.
a bluetooth headset similar to those normally used with a cell phone.
B.
a single ear headphone similar to those normally used with a desk phone system.
C.
dual, clip on earbuds. These gently hug the outside of your ear giving you better sound from the environment around you.
D.
dual earbuds similar to "airpod" type. These nestle in your ear and block out much of the sound from the environment around you.
