This is how to self manage the Baracuda spam filter for your FCI email account (yourname@freeholdcartage.com) and for distribution type email addresses. Distribuition emails are ones that get sent to more than one person. They typically don't have their own storage area to hold email and hence, do not have a password to log in. Examples are roorders@freeholdcartage.com, creditdepartment@freeholdcartage.com, and hr@freeholdcartage.com . Ask the IT department if you are unsure.
Follow the Manage Quarantine button in the email you get from Barradua.

Log in with your Microsoft credentials or use the temporary code option and it will send an email with a temporary passcode you can use. If you are trying to manage a distribution list email, you will have to use the temporary passcode option, then sign in with the distribuition email address and the temporary passcode that is sent.
On the left side, choose the message log option and you will see messages that came to your email address but were quarantined. Scroll through the list and if you see any valid email you would like to recieve, check the checkbox in front of it and then click the arrow icon.

You will see the following menu. Choose whether to just deliver the email or deliver it and whitelist the email address so future emails from that sender are not quarantined. Then click Deliver.

You can also check to see who has been whitelisted/blacklisted and add them manually. On the left, choose Settings, Sender Policy

You will see a screen like this. To add someone to the list, enter the email address in the Sender field, then you can choose the opition from the dropdown to block, quarantine, or exempt (whitelist) the address, then click Add. You can also Remove those already on your list.
