For clients with a sandbox test environment separate from production, sandbox upgrades were completed on Monday, January 12, 2026. All production (live) environment upgrades will begin on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 9:00 PM EST across all time zones. The only exception is clients in the HST and AKST time zones, whose upgrades are scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST, to minimize business-hour disruptions.

  • When searching by ticket number in the voided material tickets screen, the system returns zero results even though the ticket number exists: When a user searches for a voided material ticket the results are filtered to the ticket numbers like the entered value or values like the voided by or reason column.

Bug Fixes

  • eMobile pictures did not show up on Manage Service Details for routes running in Holiday mode -1 day behind: When images are captured in eMobile,  we ensure they are visible in manage service details in the notes column.
