Release Notes
New Feature Updates
-
Pop-Up Reminder When Closing Customer Accounts in Encore: When unsaved changes exist in any tab (excluding Profiles) within the Customer module, the system prompts the user to either Save or Cancel those changes.
- Scale Ticket: For scale tickets linked to a service order, the minimum tonnage from the service order code and associated pricing entry should be applied when the relevant utility setting (currently not yet implemented) is enabled.
-
SCALE - Enable Minimum Units Processing: All criteria below must be satisfied for this feature to be considered complete.
-
Utility can be enabled: Given the utility SCALE - ENABLE MINIMUM UNITS PROCESSING is turned on, the system applies minimum units logic to scale tickets linked to service orders.
-
-
Minimum quantity is enforced when actual is below threshold: Given a scale ticket is created via the WO No button and posted through its linked service order, and the pricing entry has a minimum quantity greater than 1, and the actual scale quantity is below that minimum — then the posted transaction quantity equals the minimum quantity, not the actual scale quantity.
-
Actual quantity is used when it meets or exceeds the minimum: Given the actual scale quantity is greater than or equal to the minimum quantity — then the posted transaction quantity equals the actual scale quantity.
-
History tab reflects correct quantity and amount: Posted transactions visible on the account History tab display the correct quantity and extended amount consistent with the rules above
-
Behavior is consistent with included quantity logic: The minimum units enforcement works the same way as the existing included quantity logic (setting 994) used for service orders without a linked scale ticket.
Performance Enhancements and Bug Fixes
-
Making a change to an order via the Dispatch List will also update time start and time end: The dispatch list will not add/save any timestamps when a driver or valid system action has occurred or the stop has been completed.
-
Manage → Restart displays incorrect service restart dates: An issue was identified where route stops displayed the restart date corresponding to the selected day in the drop-down, instead of the next scheduled service date. This has been resolved, and the restart date now correctly reflects the next service date following the selected date.
-
Manage Service Details - Rerouting a route stop that is not serviced on the current service day, will no longer show on any route: Route stops moved to a helper route are always visible in Manage Service Details regardless of the route stop service date.
