Help CenterEncore AVD first time login
Copy the Encore AVD icon to your desktop from public documents->@IT related documents->Encore related.
Double click the icon on your desktop to run the app.
You’ll be prompted to “Subscribe” or to “Subscribe with URL.”
Click “Subscribe”, and sign in with your EnCore credentials.
Ex:
User: FCIusername@coreasp.com
Pass: (Your EnCore Password) (You can CTRL + C (to copy) & CTRL + P (to paste))
Two-Factor Authentication
You’ll be prompted to authenticate the account using a mobile app. You can use this method if you prefer or can authenticate by entering a cell phone number. To authenticate using a cell phone number, simply click the link at the bottom of the pop up window that says “I would like to use a different method” I highly recommend authenticating by cell number unless you are familiar with the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app.
