How to Sign Up for an Encore Support Portal Account

Accessing the Encore Support Help Center gives you a centralized hub to view product documentation, manuals, and helpful resources for our software operations.

If you need to create a new account, follow this step-by-step guide to get registered and logged in.

Step 1: Navigate to the Sign-In Page

To begin, open your web browser and go directly to the registration page here.

Step 2: Locate the Sign-Up Option

On the main login page, you will see fields to enter an existing email and password. Since you are setting up a brand-new account, look for a prompt below or beside the login form that says "New to Encore?" or "First time here?" and click the accompanying Sign up link.

Step 3: Enter Your Details

Once you click Sign up, a registration form will appear. Fill in the required fields:

  1. Full Name: Enter your first and last name.

  2. Email: Use your company email address (@freeholdcartage.com).

  3. Click the Sign up button.

Step 4: Handling "Email Already in Use" Messages

If you submit the form and receive a message stating that your email address is already in use, don't worry! This simply means an account profile was already generated for you behind the scenes. Instead of trying to register again, do the following:

  • Return to the main sign-in page.

  • Click the "Forgot my password" or "Reset password" link.

  • Enter your company email address to receive a secure password reset link via email.

Step 5: Verify Your Email and Set Your Password

Check your email inbox for an automated message from the support portal. Click the verification link (or password reset link) inside the email to confirm your account identity, and then follow the prompts to create a secure password for your portal access.

Step 6: Log In and Explore

Once your password is set, your account is fully active! You can now log back into the portal at any time to browse the centralized knowledge base, read software manuals, look up release notes, or review training walkthroughs.

Reminder: Please remember that this portal is strictly for accessing documentation and resources. We require all actual support requests and technical issues to be filed directly with our internal FCI IT support team by emailing support@freeholdcartage.com.

Key Areas to Focus On

Once you have logged in, there are two main areas you will want to focus on:

  • The EnCORE Suite Section: This area features a large number of articles written on topics such as customer accounts, billing, routing, and more.

  • The Webinars Section: Here you will find upcoming live webinars you can register to attend, along with an extensive library of past recorded webinars that you can view—including a comprehensive six-part series on EnCORE training that was just completed in 2025.

Note regarding Webinars: Should you be interested in attending or watching these sessions, you will need a headset and microphone. If you do not have that equipment, please contact IT and we will set you up with a set.
