Exchange transport rule example

Below are the steps to create the transport rule,

1. Go to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/transportrules

2. Provide the Name to the rule per your convenience

3. Apply this rule if: select condition per shown in the image

4. Set the Rule mode to Enforced

5. Check the checkbox Stop processing more rules and click Next

6. Review and finish.
