New User Setup

When creating a new user please ensure the new user is created in Active Directory first and the user login name reflects @freeholdcartage.com and not @fci.local.

Once the account has been created in AD you may then go to the o365 admin portal to assign the licenses. This process must be followed as the email accounts are synced with active directory.
