Nitro PDF Login Process

As of Jan 22, 2025 we have had to switch the licensing model for our Nitro PDF software.  Every person that uses Nitro PDF now needs a license which is regulated by a login/password to the software.  On the good side we have had to upgrade to the newest version of Nitro (V 14).  On the bad side, it's another password to keep track of.

If you use Nitro for editing documents and need access, please email support@freeholdcartage.com and submit a request for Nitro PDF access.

Now, when you start Nitro, you will see something like this

You will want to click on the "Log in with browser button" which will pop open browser window that looks like this.

Enter your email address and click "Continue"  which will show you a place to enter your password.  Enter your password and again click "Continue.  Then a window that looks like this should appear.

Check the box that says "Always allow ... " then click "Open Nitro PDF Pro"

That may be it and you should see Nitro with your login in the top right hand corner like this.

You may start Nitro and see this instead.

If you do, click the Login link and follow the login instructions above.
