Should you have the need to view a training video with sound you should not use your normal desktop dell/wyse box logged into the network.  The way the dell/wyse boxes utilize Remote Desktop to communicate with our server farm, doesn't handle video or audio very well.  Many times the video and audio will be choppy and frustrating to watch and listen to.

There should be a laptop in each building or depot specifically set up for training.  The training would be done without logging into our server farm so the video and audio is processed directly from the laptop.  Talk to your supervisor to request this laptop when you need to do in-office training.  If you have been assigned a company laptop for remote work, you can also use that for any training videos, but you should not be logged into the server farm when doing so.  Accessing the server farm from the laptop also uses Remote Desktop and has the same issue with video and audio that the dell/wyse boxes do.

If you need to access your FCI company email from the laptop to get your login link or code that you were sent for training, before you log into the server farm, you can access your Outlook email at:

https://outlook.office365.com/  Just open Edge or Chrome and follow this link

Use your email address and email password to log in.
