PDF's with data entry fields don't attach properly

When trying to attach a pdf to customer comments there is an issue if the pdf has the fill-in-the-blank type of fields.  Encore is not able to import them properly and the data in those fields is never transfered as part of the pdf once it's attached.

The workaround is to first print those pdf's to the cutepdf writer (or similar) and generate a pdf that does not contain the fill-in-the-blank fields, but rather it turns the pdf into one large image.  Encore is able to then attach that pdf properly.
