Help CenterTo provision the emobile app on a new tablet or after reinstalling emobile on an existing tablet do the following...
In encore, go to emobile->configuration->mobile devices
Click on the provision new device button at the bottom
A new window will pop up. Then when you start the emoible app for the first time, you will see a message as in the sample shown
Enter the device id as shown in emobile, to the device id box in encore and click provision device
When you enter the correct id it will display a message stating the tablet is provisioned.
If you enter an incorrect id, it will not accept it.
Once provisioned in encore, tap ok on the tablet in emobile. A screen asked to set the log folder will display
Choose Documents->Routeware->Logs and then tap accept.
Then emobile will be ready for use on the tablet.
