Remote Desktop login issues from remote laptops

Users working remotely are getting errors when trying to connect after a MS security update was installed on their laptop. 

 

 

Workaround: Change server authentication to "Connect and don't warn me"

 

Possible Fix:

Reset the users password??

 

 

WORKAROUND:

These update(s) needs to be removed in order to get the connection working again.
