Report Writer Access for a user

Should a user recieve the following when accessing GP Report Writer

"User does not have permission for the server"

Do the following...

• Once you have opened Management Reporter with a user that is an Administrator user, you will see the Security homepage in the bottom left corner of the window, and you will want to click on that.
• Within the Security area page, please right click somewhere in the window and select New User/Add User.
• Work through adding the user in the window, making sure to provide them with the access level you want them to have.
• Options will be Viewer, Generator, Designer, and Administrator from lowest level to highest.
• If you select anything other than Administrator, you will also need to click the Company Access tab in the Add user window, and mark the companies you would like them to have access to.  Administrators will be provided access to all companies by default.

• Once finished, click OK, and have the user close and reopen Management Reporter to see if they have access now.
