Set up emobile tablet for use

To set up a new tablet for use with emobile, do the following...

First make sure the tablet has been added to Zero Touch by Verizon.

Make sure the tablet is set to configuration type  MaaS in the Zero Touch portal

If necessary, add a new user in MaaS360.  Use an existing user as a guide.

Turn on the tablet and go though the startup config.  Connect to the freecart WIFI whenever possible.  Perform ALL system updates.  You may need to go though the startup confi several times.  Use fciencoretabs@gmail.com for the Google account when setting up the tablet.

When the tablet has all updates done and you restart it, it will automatically begin the MaaS360 setup.  For MaaS360 you use the email address of fcitablets@freeholdcartage.com and the corporate ID should be automatically filled in.  Then enter the MaaS360 username and password you have set up for the device.  It should complete the MaaS360 registration and show the tablet with the FCI logo background and limited apps.  Encore should download and install automatically within a few minutes.
