Use VMWARE to attach the correct ISO for the version of windows.

SFC /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth /Source:wim:d:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /limitaccess
