Help CenterI'm sure you have noticed the message in the current Encore app about being no longer supported as of March 26, 2026.
Microsoft has finally made a replacement that works on our network servers. It is called the Windows App. You need to switch your Encore login to this as soon as possible.
To make it easier to find, you should pin it to the taskbar. (right click the app->more->pin to taskbar)
Then launch the Windows App.
You will likely be logged into it with your FCI email account, so you will need to log out and then log in with your Encore account (the one that ends in @coreasp.com).
Once you are logged in with your Encore account, you can choose "Go to apps" and you will be able to start Encore.
