Help CenterTo log into TMWSuite SaaS do the following.
Using the CHROME web browser, go to https://free.portal.tmwcloud.com/logon/LogonPoint/tmindex.html
Enter your username and password. Your username will be in the format nlucas@free.local
You will get to a screen similar to this
From here, click the icon for whatever program you want to start.
You will see a file download in the top right, then you will see a popup on the bottom right.
If you don't see this and the program does not start in 10-15 seconds, the citrix environment may need to be reset.
If you need to reset the citrix workspace....
To make things easier to start with just one click, right click on the name of the downloaded file, and make sure this is checked. The next time apps with start without having to open the download.
