Help CenterStart TMW system administration from the SaaS environment.
You'll no longer use SQL SA - you'll use the USRMGR login we provided you (if you dont have it stored I can resend it again)
These specific credentials should be used in place of the typical SA password when performing user management tasks within the TMWSuite System Administration app.
After entering these specific credentials you may be prompted with a warning screen. This is normal. Please click “Yes” to bypass and enter the normal user maintenance mode.
Please note when creating new users you should only check “Add TMWSuite User” in the Edit User Profiles window.
Make the user as you normally would in System admin and assign modules etc
Important that you make sure when you create the user in system admin you must enter windows login in this format
FREE\SamAccountName
Example
There is a "new" field on this screen not shown here called "login id". This should be filled in with the SamAccountName as well, though technically it can be anything unique.
Remember to add mailbox delegation to noreply@freeholdcartage.com in O365 Exchange portal for emailing documents to work.
