We have switched away from the KnowBe4 Phish Alert Button (PAB) and have switched to the Barracuda Add In for Outlook (BAO) for the reporting of SPAM email. It integrates with our current Barracuda SPAM filter and has the added feature of allowing you to send encrypted email quite easily.
To report spam/scam email.
You will find the BAO in your Outlook menu ribbon. It should look something like this. If you don't see it, you may need to use the drop down part of the menu ribbon.

It may also be hiding in the all apps icon and look like this.

The first time you use it, you will be asked to log in with your O365 account information (email address/password/MFA), or possibly asked to give authorization to run.
After that, to report an email make sure you have selected the email you want to report, then click the "Report Emal" button icon like the above. That will trigger an imbedded window looking like this. Click "Report email".

That will trigger a window to open in a web browser looking like this.

Make your selections, click "Submit" and you are done.
To send an encrypted email.
When you create a new email or reply to one in Outlook and are sending highly confidential information, it is a good idea to send that email, encrypted. You will find the BAO in your Outlook menu ribbon. It should look something like this. If you don't see it, you may need to use the drop down part of the menu ribbon.

Once you have finshed writing the email, click the button. An imbedded window will appear looking like this.

Click the slider to turn encryption on. You will notice this attachment has been added to the email.

This lets the Barracuda spam filter know to send this as an encrypted email. The recipient will get an email from noreply@barracuda.com looking like this.

The recipient will need to follow the "click here" link to retrieve their message.
NOTE: When sending to another @freeholdcartage.com address, it will not encrypt the email as interal emails are inherantly secure. If you wish to test this system for yourself, you will have to put in another email address you have access to off of the FCI network.
